» Where can I find eArchive?
You will find eArchive in the left-hand menu of Business eBanking, where you currently will find Account statements and Business eBanking agreement documents.
» What are the benefits of receiving documents to eArchive?
- Ease of Administration, with all documents held electronically in one place
- Documentation will be available to you quicker than if it was delivered by post
- You have the ability to download PDF versions of documents from eArchive
- You can print a document whenever you need to.
» Who can I access documents in eArchive?
Access levels to documents in eArchive correspond to general Business eBanking access levels. Each document type has an access rule, this is necessary in order to control what a user in Business eBanking is authorised to see.
» What about third parties attached to my agreement?
If you have a third party attached to your agreement, documentation listed in Appendix A will also be digitized for them. NOTE: If the third party's address is in a different country, paper versions of the documents will continue to be sent.
» What if I am a third party attached to an Agreement?
In line with current authorisations, your documentation will also be digitised and available in eArchive in Business eBanking.
» What if I have documentation sent to multiple addresses?
Where you have multiple addresses with the Bank, you will receive a document for each of these in your eArchive. If you wish to receive paper delivery of documents by regular mail for any of your additional addresses please contact the Bank.
» How long will documents stay in eArchive.
Documents will be stored in eArchive for 10 years.
NOTE: If an account is removed from a Business eBanking Agreement , these documents will be removed from eArchive also.
» How can I contact the Bank if I have any issues?
- Secure communication using Business eBanking
Business eBanking's secure message function allows you to send and receive messages to and from the bank.
Log on to Business eBanking. Select 'Contact and help' and 'Create Message'. Type your message and select send.

» Will there be any amendments to fees as a result of this?
Digital document delivery will not have any effect on Fees and Charges.
