Data Privacy Notice – Corporates & Institutions​

At Danske Bank we take your privacy seriously. In the course of our business, we register and use information about you (personal data), when you interact with us as an individual who is connected with a business or corporate customer of ours. You could be an authorised signatory, a beneficial owner, a director, an employee, a guarantor, a provider of security or a third party connected to our customer.

This Data Privacy Notice (DPN) is provided to fulfil our duties and obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective from 25 May 2018. The GDPR means that we need to be more accountable and transparent about our use of your personal information and that we need to give you greater control over your personal information and its use. The DPN outlines how and when we collect personal information about you, why we do so and how we treat this information. It further sets out your rights in relation to this information and how you can exercise them. Please read our DPN.
